NO、NO2、NOx

NOx is a collective term for a group of seven compounds, currently only regulating nitrogen dioxide (NO2), as it is the primary form of nitrogen compounds produced by human activities.
NO2 can also react with oxygen to form tropospheric ozone (O3) and acid rain. Ozone in the troposphere is the main component of smoke. Nitrogen dioxide reacts with air and ultraviolet radiation to form ozone and nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide reacts with free radicals in the atmosphere, which are also generated by the action of ultraviolet radiation on volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Free radicals then convert NO into NO2. Through this process, each NO molecule can generate ozone multiple times.
Power plant boilers generate approximately 40% of fixed source NOx emissions. Other sources include industrial boilers and incinerators, gas turbines, fixed diesel engines, steel mills, cement and glass manufacturers, and petroleum refineries。

ZTW NOx scrubber

A bundled reaction vessel unit is formed by using 20% ammonia water as a reducing agent, integrating an efficient ammonia spraying atomization device and a ceramic catalytic filter tube.
Purification performance: removal efficiency ≥ 99% (typical emission concentration<50mg/Nm3, minimum<2mg/Nm3).
Applicable temperature range: 260-420 ℃.

The removal of NOx generally uses 20% ammonia water as a reducing agent. The ammonia spraying unit mainly consists of an efficient ammonia water atomization device, a spray gun distributor, a flue gas homogenization device, and a self-control unit. It is an important part of fully atomizing ammonia water and mixing it evenly with flue gas, which directly affects the subsequent denitrification reaction effect. The ammonia spray high-efficiency atomization device independently developed and designed by Zhongtianweier has unique technical advantages and can achieve maximum flue gas denitrification effect.
