Industrial Dust and Particulate
ZTW particulate & dust collector
A dust removal unit based on ceramic fiber filter tubes is used to achieve industrial dust and particulate matter emission control of PM values, including PM10, PM2.5, and submicron PM1.0 particulate matter emission control.
Purification performance: Dust removal efficiency ≥ 99% (typical particle emission concentration<5mg/Nm3, minimum<1mg/Nm3).
Applicable temperature range: 200-1000 ℃.
Thanks to its ultra-high porosity, air to cloth ratio, and ultra small nanoscale pore size, it is possible to achieve 99% of industrial dust and particulate matter, including PM10, PM2.5, and PM1. The ceramic filter tube surface forms a unique adsorbent filter cake, which can simultaneously remove over 95% of acidic components, organic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and dioxins in flue gas. The typical emission concentration of industrial dust and particulate matter in flue gas treatment projects using ceramic filter tubes is less than 5mg/Nm3, and can even reach<1mg/NM3. Its normal service life exceeds 5 years, and under specific working conditions, it can even reach 8-10 years.
Especially for high temperature scenarios between 800-1000 degrees, the efficiency of traditional dust removal processes rapidly decreases, and ceramic fiber dust removal filter tubes are the optimal solution for dust removal in this temperature range. It can be widely applied in fields such as waste incineration and metallurgy.
