High-Temperature Dust Removal Ceramic Fiber Filter
Application: Ultra-low dust purification and acidic component removal for high-temperature flue gas from industrial furnaces at 800-1000℃.
Performance: Dust removal efficiency ≥ 99% (typical particulate emission concentration < 5 mg/Nm3, minimum can be < 1 mg/Nm3).
Temperature: HT1000 High-Temperature Series: 800-1000°C.
Features: High porosity (>85%), high strength, low resistance (<260pa per meter per minute), ultra-long service life. Fully replaces electrostatic precipitators and fabric filters.
Warranty: 5 years, with a service life of up to 8-10 years under specific conditions.
- 1. Bag Filter: Traditional filter bags (such as PTFE fiber) can only withstand temperatures up to 300°C, and overheating can cause "burned bags" or "clogged bags," requiring additional cooling systems, which leads to wasted thermal energy.
- 2. Electrostatic Precipitator: The upper operating temperature limit is approximately 370°C, and overheating can cause changes in dust properties (such as increased viscosity and resistivity jumps), reducing efficiency; prolonged high temperatures also lead to plastic deformation of components and insulation failure.
- 3. Cyclone Separator: Although it can withstand temperatures of 800-900°C, its collection efficiency for fine particles below 10μm (such as PM2.5) is less than 50%, failing to meet stringent emission standards.
- 4. Filter bags have a significantly reduced lifespan when subjected to erosion from high-temperature hard particles (such as metallurgical iron oxide).
- 5. Wet dust removal (such as venturi tubes) consumes a large amount of water, produces secondary pollution (wastewater/sludge), and cannot recover waste heat from high-temperature flue gas.
- 6. Metal sintering mesh dust removal requires a pulse blowback system, which has a complex structure and is prone to sintering blockage at high temperatures
The Powfrax HT1000 high-temperature dust removal ceramic fiber filter tube can maintain ultra-high reliability and dust removal efficiency even under working conditions of 800-1000 degrees. Thanks to its ultra-high porosity, air to cloth ratio, and ultra small nanoscale pore size, it is possible to achieve 99% of industrial dust and particulate matter, including PM10, PM2.5, and PM1. The ceramic filter tube surface forms a unique adsorbent filter cake, which can simultaneously remove over 95% of acidic components in flue gas. The typical emission concentration of industrial dust and particulate matter in flue gas treatment projects using ceramic filter tubes is less than 5mg/Nm3, and can even reach<1mg/NM3. Its normal service life exceeds 5 years, and under specific working conditions, it can even reach 8-10 years.
With the integration of ceramic technology, dust removal, denitrification, desulfurization, reduction of ammonia escape, removal of dioxins and other functions can be achieved simultaneously in the same system, greatly reducing the system's footprint and annual environmental protection costs.
