Glass kilns (horizontal kiln, horseshoe kiln, oxygen kiln)
More than 30 glass kilns across the country are using Zhongtianweier's ceramic integrated desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal process solutions. Whether it is horizontal kiln, horseshoe kiln, or oxygen kiln, we can effectively control pollutant emissions.
Typical process flow
1. Pre treatment of flue gas: The outlet flue gas (180-380 ℃) enters the mixing reactor and is sprayed with desulfurizer (lime powder) and reducing agent (20% ammonia water).
2. Integrated purification: The flue gas enters the ceramic filter tube device and completes the following synchronous reactions:
(1). The outer wall of the filter tube forms an alkaline filter cake layer, which adsorbs SO ₂ twice;
(2). Internal wall catalyst catalyzes NOx reduction;
(3). Dust is efficiently intercepted.
3. Dust removal and recycling: Pulse back blowing is used to remove the filter cake, and by-products are collected and reused.
4. Standard emissions: The purified flue gas is discharged through an induced draft fan (particulate matter<5mg/m ³, SO ₂<35mg/m ³, NOx<50mg/m ³).
Our customers
Since 2017, we have implemented over 50 glass furnace ceramic integrated flue gas purification projects for companies such as Wuliangye in Yibin, Shandong Pharmaceutical Glass, Sichuan University of Science and Technology, Anhui Shengshi, Shandong Luzhong, Shandong Jingyao Glass, and Luzhou Huasheng. Among these, the "Luzhou Liquor Industry" three-line air glass melting furnace environmental protection project is the first third-party operation project in China for daily glass furnace air pollution control adopting an "investment + operation" model. The "Sichuan University of Science and Technology" full-oxygen glass melting furnace is the first environmental protection project in China to use ceramic filter tubes + SCR denitrification technology for full-oxygen glass melting furnaces.
