EMC model (Energy Management Contracting) is a market-based energy-saving service mechanism, in which ZTW provides customers with full process energy-saving renovation services. Customers do not need to bear initial investment, but pay service fees based on the energy-saving benefits generated after project operation.

Our company undertakes all costs of energy-saving project design, financing, equipment procurement, installation, and operation and maintenance, and shares energy-saving benefits with customers through contractual agreements. After the end of the contract period, the ownership of the equipment and all energy-saving benefits belong to the customer.

• Zero investment/zero risk for customers: Customers do not need to invest funds, and the technical and financial risks are borne by EMC company.
• High energy-saving efficiency: The energy-saving rate of projects generally reaches 10% -50%.
• Short investment payback period: The average payback period is 2-5 years.
