was established in 2015 and is a national high-tech company that design, construction, and operation the industrial exhaust gas treatment project. We are the first company that introduce the Clear Edge from Germany to China as the core element of ceramic integrated system, Which built up the first exemplary ceramic integrated gas treatment project for Wulianye, the most famous white wine producer in China.
Based on that, we have independently developed core technologies including ceramic fiber cotton shearing, nano vanadium titanium catalyst impregnation, and established a factory to produce our new branded ceramic filters in 2018 in Handan Hubei.
Compared with competitors, our ceramic filters have the characteristics of high strength, low resistance, large purification area, uniform catalyst impregnation, and long service life. Not only used in over 50 of our own gas treatment projects, but also as engineering support for other environmental protection manufacturers, and exported to East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe. We are a leader in ceramic filter technology in China and even worldwide.
History
In 2016, introduce the Clear Edge from Germany to China as the core element of ceramic integrated gas treatment system.
In 2017, built up the first exemplary ceramic integrated gas treatment project for Wulianye, the most famous white wine producer in China.
In 2018,the "Ceramic Catalytic Filter Multi pollutant Collaborative Control Technology" was selected for the "2018 National Advanced Pollution Prevention and Control Technology Catalogue" by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China.

Powfrax ® DeDust Ceramic Fiber Filter
The filter body adopts the axial stacking fabric forming process to achieve uniform distribution of pore size gradient, porosity greater than 80%, and nanoscale pore forming technology.

Composed of adsorbent powder spraying unit, reducing agent ammonia spraying unit, conditioning tower unit, ceramic catalyst tubular reactor unit, waste ash conveying unit, static mixer unit, induced draft fan, control unit, and auxiliary unit.
Features of the Ceramic Integrated System
Efficient dust removal
Suitable for efficient dust removal within a temperature range of 200-1000℃, with a maximum dust removal efficiency of 99%, it can be replaced by electrostatic precipitator technology and other dust removal technologies.
Efficiency denitration
The problem of blockage and poisoning of SCR/SNCR catalysts has been solved, and the efficiency of catalyst deactivation and the durability of the catalyst have significantly increased.
Efficient dry desulfurization
To solve the problems of low efficiency of dry desulfurization and other acidic components, excessive solid waste, secondary pollution, and white smoke discharge from wet desulfurization wastewater.

Since 2017, we have implemented over 50 glass kiln ceramic integrated flue gas purification projects for enterprises such as Yibin Wuliangye, Shandong Medicinal Glass, Sichuan Zhongke, Anhui Shengshi, Shandong Luzhong, Shandong Jingyao Glass, and Luzhou Huasheng. Among them, the "Luzhou Liquor Industry" third line air glass melting furnace environmental protection project is the first third-party operation project in China that fully manages the atmospheric treatment of daily glass kilns through the "investment+operation" model. The "Sichuan Zhongke" oxygen glass melting furnace is the first environmental protection project in China that uses ceramic filter tubes+SCR denitration process for oxygen glass melting furnaces.
